Payment:

You will find our fees are reasonable and customary. We accept VISA and MasterCard. For patients 62 years and older, we offer a 10% Senior Discount. We participate with all fee-for-service insurance programs and most Preferred Provider Organizations (P.P.O's).

Insurance:

Please let us know your insurance company benefit coverage, if applicable, and keep us informed of any changes in your coverage when it occurs. We will bill the insurance company for its portion and expect the patient to pay the balance at time of service. We can arrange financing through our office prior to treatment.
